When I was viewing an apartment recently, I was rather attracted to the apartment opposite with a beautiful balcony. It’s almost like a castle. Later on I happen to find the top floor of this “castle” is currently available.

先日内見したアパートの向かいに、ジュリエットが出てきそうなバルコニーを載せたかわいいアパートが建っていた。横から見ると、まるでお城。どうせならあっちに住みたいわ、とこっちのバルコニーから思っていたら、空き部屋情報が出ていた。

Gegenüber der Wohnung, die ich neulich besichtigt habe, liegt eine viel schönere Wohnung. Sie sieht wie ein Schloss aus. Später fand ich zufällig heraus, dass die Obergeschosswohnung davon jetzt verfügbar ist.

Disappointingly this room is no longer a castle.. What I really admire here is the true oldness of over 100 years, which we can hardly experience in Japan. Maintenance must be very important to keep them alive but I’m definitely against the excessive renovations only for raising the rent.

ジュリエット部屋ではなさそうだけど、この部屋も完全にツルピカ・リノベーション済みで、お城感が全く無し。もう。台無し。超需要過多なベルリンのアパート事情では、リノベ＆値上げが定番で、「味のあるボロ物件」がどんどん消えてゆく。勿体無い。

Aber schade, sie ist kein “Schloss” mehr.. Sie verlor mit komplett neuer Ausstattung die echte, alte Schönheit.. Deswegen ist “KOMPLETT SANIERT!” für mich nie attraktiv obwohl es immer da ist. Ich möchte wirklich in einer Altbauwohnung leben, die genauso aussieht wie ihr Alter.

ついに、いきなり、決まった。1880年代の部屋。Ｒ不動産的。まじむちゃラッキー。 人柄が気に入った、とまさかのノー審査、その瞬間、あ、デポジット詐欺だ、と思い込んだ、歪んでしまった自分よ！ あーーつらく楽しい部屋探しの日々が、かくも唐突に終わるとは。心にポッカリ。

色分けした途端に美しくなった。

ベルリンで「パリの春」をつけている。アイボリー色のアクリルで作ったピアスです。

泊まっている部屋の冷蔵庫。
オリジナルでカバーを取り付けてあるこの黄色。日々何を見て暮らすかって。
